Form (Header) Documentation

Use the documentation below to configure header components within a flow screen.

Users can use the Form (Header) screen component to display custom headers within flow screens. Users can use these headers in conjunction with or in place of headers configured within form components.

Header Configuration

• Title: use this selector to select a text resource variable that contains the text value for the header's title. Available options consist of variables, constants, or formulas.
• Subtitle: use this selector to select a text resource variable that contains the text value for the headers subtitle. Available options consist of variables, constants, or formulas.
• Icon Type/Icon: Optionally append an icon to the header by setting the Icon Type and Icon parameters.

Theme Configuration

• Theme: use this selector to select the theme that Users should use for the header.

Rich Text

• Select Text Template: use this selector to select a Text Template resource displayed below the header.

Select Buttons (Optional)

• Button Collection: use this selector to assign custom buttons to the header optionally.
• Button Display Configuration
  • Number of Buttons to display: this defines the total number of visible buttons. If the Button Collection includes more buttons than this value, the additional buttons will be assigned to a button menu at the end of the component.
  • Group Buttons: when enabled, all buttons will display as a button group without spacing between buttons. For more information, reference the lightning component developer guide.



Output Variable(s)

The Form (Header) component returns an output value that includes the information about the button clicked. Store this value within a flow resource and use it within a decision element when applicable.
